Banana, Blueberry and Chia Seed Smoothie Bowl

2 bananas
1/2  cup blueberries
4 Tbs of cacao powder and / or cacao nibs
3 Tbs chia seeds
1/4 cup of almond milk
1 teaspoon of Bee Panacea 🐝
(optionally you may add 1/4 of an avocado)

Blend to perfection

For a beautiful display add a few blueberries, blackberries and  sprinkle a dash of bee pollen, chia and cacao nibs on the top

Healthy Shamrock Shake with Bee Panacea

1 tsp of Bee Panacea 🐝
1 banana
2 cups of spinach
Bunch of mint
1/2 of an avocado
1 cup of almond milk
1 cup of ice

Blend it and enjoy!
