Orders and Returns
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and are subject to a 1-2 business day processing time.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. You may select to use Priority, Express, and, in some cases, First Class at checkout. Shipping costs vary depending on destination and weight. These costs are calculated in real time at checkout and are included in your total price. You may expedite your Express shipments by contacting Customer Service before 12:00pm (noon) PST.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with accurate shipping information, a valid phone number, and e-mail address. If you need to make any changes to your order or shipping information after your order has been placed, simply contact Customer Service by e-mail or by calling 1(800) 830-7047. Once an order has been delivered to the carrier, we are no longer able to make any changes.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail notification with tracking information. You may also track your orders through USPS.com.
Shipping outside the U.S. is available to most countries (excluding New Zealand). International orders are shipped via USPS, DHL, and their local country affiliates, and are normally delivered between 3 – 15 calendar days. If there are any delays in the delivery of your order be sure to check your tracking information and contact your local customs or post offices.
International orders are subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees that are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these fees nor are we able to predict what the cost would be as they vary widely from country to country. It is always a good idea to check with your local government in advance, before placing your order, for more information about your country’s customs policies.
Please note, we are not responsible for orders refused, abandoned, or seized by customs. Refunds will not be issued for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.
By clicking on the red (Auto Order) button on the buy page you are electing to enroll in our Auto Order Program. This service is provided for your convenience so that you don’t have to manually reorder when your Bee Panacea is about to run out. The items available for Auto Order are Bee Panacea 5oz and Bee Panacea 10oz. If you have chosen multiple items available for Auto Order in your initial order, we will ship you the same amount every month. Your credit card will be charged the cost of your order at the time you place the initial Auto Order and every month thereafter when we process your next auto-shipment, until you cancel your enrollment in the program. You may cancel Auto Order any time, at least 1 day prior to your next shipment date by calling (818) 350-6083 or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and requesting cancellation. Your request will be processed immediately and you will not receive any automatic shipments of the product after the date of cancellation. Make sure to check your e-mail for the cancellation notification for confirmation that your enrollment has been cancelled.
Any item purchased directly from Virgin Raw Foods may be returned, for any reason, within 60 (sixty) days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, less shipping and handling charges. Virgin Raw Foods will cover all shipping and handling charges for damaged product and customers will be responsible for shipping and handling of all other returns. Items purchased from authorized Virgin Raw Foods retailers must be returned to the place of purchase.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item(s) purchased have been received and processed by VRF. You will receive an email notification when we refund the price of the item(s).
You are solely responsible for providing us with accurate shipping information and a valid phone number or email address. In the event that any product is returned to us as a result of your failure to do so, you shall be responsible for any additional shipping fees or other charges that may be applied to the return of the product to us or in re-sending the product to you. Any item that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, or orders seized by customs may be eligible for a full refund of the purchased item(s) less shipping and handling.
